REPAYE Vs PAYE?

I am getting ready to graduate in August 2017. I have about $60k in student loans. I took out the loans starting august 2011. I am an under grad. I might be going back to grad school next year have not decide.

Problem is I just recently learned that I have to take a 1000 hour AIT administrator in training internship in order to be able to take a licensing exam. This is unpaid. I do not currently have a job.  I took one semester off from school last year which ate up my 6 month grace period for my Stafford loans.

What are my best options at this point? Should I consolidate my loans upon graduating? Do I need income to be eligible for any of the income based payment programs? What is better between. PAYE, REPAYE, IBR ect..? My goal is to have the least money going out since I currently have no or very little income in the near future.

Also should I do anything BEFORE I graduate or just wait until after graduate?
