If you wish to deactivate your Salt® Community account, please email the following information to


  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your community username
  • The reason for deactivation (optional)


If you wish to reactivate your account, we’d love to have you back! Just log in with your old account info, and we'll walk you through the process. We’ll even hang onto your points, badges, and profile in case you change your mind. Your posts and comments will remain visible as well, unless you deleted them before deactivating.
