Saving coins helped me pay off debt

Yes, I'm the one you see picking change up off of the ground. I did this as a child and  I never stopped. Two years ago I started a new saving program for myself,where I put all of my change into jars.I divide the coins into separate jars according to denomination. At the end of the year, I would take coins to my credit union and cash them in. I can cash in up to $100 with out a service charge. This year I was successful enough,to pay off a credit card and a school loan with the help of this savings plan. It may sound a little tedious, however it's second nature to me now and there are two bills I no longer have! Try it!
