    I have found a way to alleviate at least part of the burden I face every month. When I receive my financial aid, I immediately pay three months rent, and two months of my cable-internet bill. I have since found an apartment about 5 blocks from school, sold my truck and walk to class 5-6 days a week. Not having a car payment, insurance, or gas bill, as well as having rent payed has helped me spend more time studying and less time stressing about bills. And trust me when I say it has paid off. Going back to school was tough enough at 40 years old, relearning to budget a minimal income while I am going to school was nearly impossible it seemed like, until I came up with this small plan.
